Notre expertise repose sur deux piliers stratégiques :
* Fabrication de sous-ensembles thermiques, grâce à des technologies avancées (découpe, soudure, multi-technologies).
* Personnalisation et finition des produits sur des lignes automatiques à haute cadence (réglage thermique, marquage, personnalisation).
Nous sommes également un centre de support industriel international, accompagnant les sites Schneider Electric du monde entier dans l'industrialisation et la fabrication des disjoncteurs modulaires.
Intégré au sein de notre équipe Supply Chain composée de 8 collaborateurs, vous serez rattaché au Responsable Supply Chain du site, et contribuerez pleinement à la performance globale en pilotant et optimisant les flux.
Vos missions :
Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de flux, de l'approvisionnement à la distribution :
* Optimiser la gestion des stocks amont et aval.
* Piloter le flux de production d'une gamme générant 125 M€ de CA annuel, depuis l'approvisionnement des composants jusqu'à la mise à disposition des produits dans les 7 Centres de Distribution Européens.
* Gérer le réapprovisionnement (matières premières, composants, produits finis) et le portefeuille de commandes clients.
* Utiliser SAP pour piloter les stocks, la charge et la capacité en lien avec le Responsable de Production.
* Participer aux AIC Lignes (Animation Intervalle Court) pour définir les priorités de production.
* Collaborer étroitement avec les Upstream & Downstream Planning Leaders.
* Améliorer l'organisation et les résultats des inventaires, définir et suivre les plans d'actions.
* Suivre et améliorer la qualité de service fournisseur via de nouveaux outils et plans d'actions.
* Optimiser les flux internes : cartographie, gestion de l'encours, amélioration de la mise à disposition des composants (MADC).
