ERM is hiring a Construction Environmental Compliance Coordinator (ECC) to oversee environmental compliance in Florence, SC.
The projects we work on and the services we provide demand teams of multiple disciplinary professionals working collaboratively to meet our clients’ needs. The role of an ECC requires meticulous oversight by highly skilled individuals stationed in the field throughout construction to verify compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations.
This is a full time (40-60 hours per week) 20 month, limited-term position with possible extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support with oversight of environmental compliance on construction projects
* Conduct stormwater compliance and inspection requirements
* Interpret and verify compliance with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
* Monitor waste management, storage, handling, and disposal including hazardous waste
* Review and verify compliance with permits and project compliance

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between laboratory teams, reservoir engineers, asset teams, and external clients, delivering accurate fluid property data and technical insights that support reservoir development, production optimization, and field management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple PVT and reservoir fluid characterization projects simultaneously.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and technical deliverables.
Monitor project performance and ensure completion within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Technical Leadership

Review and interpret laboratory data and ensure the technical accuracy of reports and recommendations.

Evaluate phase behavior, fluid properties, and flow assurance data to support reservoir development and production strategies.
Provide technical guidance to reservoir engineers, production engineers, geoscientists, and asset teams.
Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, and HSE
Ensure compliance with laboratory QA/QC procedures, accreditation requirements, and industry standards.
Promote adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Oversee the safe handling of hazardous fluids, including H₂S-containing samples and High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) testing conditions.
Coordinate laboratory resources, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency to maximize productivity and data quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations, testing methodologies, and reporting processes.
