The County of Riverside's Transportation Department has an opportunity for a Senior Right of of Way Land Agent (Sr Real Property Agent) to join their Capital Projects Survey Division.
The Senior Right of of Way Land Agent (Sr Real Property Agent) will join a fast-growing team that is focused on acquiring real property rights that are subject to eminent domain transactions, condemnation proceedings, and project management for The Riverside County Transportation Department.
The incumbent will have demonstrated knowledge and experience with the right of way disciplines in the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970.
Additionally, the Sr ROW Agent will lead, train Real Property Agents and act as a functional lead over complex acquisitions on capital improvement projects.
