This role can pay up to $19.85 per hour.

As a Coke Florida Order Builder, you will work at our distribution warehouse centers selecting and building product orders for delivery.

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines d'Hermès Cuirs Précieux, vous aurez pour mission de soutenir la communication interne et la démarche d'innovation de l'entité, démarche participative visant à insuffler une culture de l'innovation et de l'agilité sur chacun de ses sites.
Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Responsable Communication interne et en fonctionnel à la Responsable Innovation.
Vos principales activités :
Vos missions s'articuleront autour de deux grands axes :
Communication interne (70%)
* Développer et enrichir les supports de communication sur les canaux de communication pertinents (vidéos, web, print, présentations)
* Organiser des événements internes fédérateurs et vecteurs de sens, en lien avec la stratégie: événements digitaux " live ", séminaires (préparation, logistique, organisation et participation aux tournages)
* Participer à l'animation des rituels de communication interne du site parisien d'Hermès Cuirs Précieux
* Participer à la création d'un e-learning sur le métier du cuir pour faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
* Rédiger des articles pour la newsletter et le site intranet d'Hermès, pour valoriser l'entité et ses grands enjeux (savoir-faire, développement durable, innovation)
Animation de la démarche innovation (30%)
* Créer des supports (visuels, vidéos, brochures) pour l'animation de l'innovation sur les sites d'Hermès Cuirs Précieux
* Faire vivre la plateforme d'innovation et créer un tableau de bord mensuel afin de suivre la progression des idées sur les sites
* Faire vivre la boîte à outils méthodologique de gestion de projets (recueil de bonnes pratiques sur les sites, création de fiches liées aux nouveaux outils)

Mission générale
En étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes opérationnelles de la DETS, notamment la Maintenance et la Sécurité, ses principales missions s'articulent autour de 3 axes majeurs :
Assurer la qualité de propreté quotidienne des sites
Suivre la prestation de gestion des déchets
Coordonner les demandes évènementielles
Principales activités :
1) Piloter les prestataires (nettoyage ; déchets ; 3D) :
* Maîtrise des aspects contractuels des prestations
