Päätehtävät ja vastuualueet:
* Tilausten käsittely yrityksen toimintatapojen ja ohjeistusten mukaisesti
Yleisten hallinnollisten tehtävien, tiedonsyötön sekä muiden ad hoc -toimistotehtävien hoitaminen
* Projektidokumentaation ylläpito, päivittäminen ja organisointi
* Dokumenttikommenttien seuranta sekä avoimien vastausten jälkiseuranta
* Raportoinnin ja aikataulujen tukeminen Quantity Surveyor -tiimille
* Osallistuminen projektikokouksiin sekä toimenpiteiden seurannan tukeminen
* Työ edellyttää työskentelyä paikan päällä asiakkaan työmaalla
Vaatimukset:
* Tehtävään soveltuva koulutustausta
2-3 vuoden kokemus hallinnollisista tehtävistä (kokemus rakennus-, suunnittelu-, talous- tai vastaavalta alalta katsotaan eduksi)
* Vahvat organisointi- ja hallinnointitaidot
* Erinomainen Microsoft Excel -osaaminen on välttämätöntä
* Tarkka työskentelyote sekä kyky hallita useita tehtäviä samanaikaisesti
* Hyvät viestintätaidot ja yhteistyökykyinen työskentelyote

Job Summary
Assist and support all aspects of initiatives related to Human Resources Technology updates and/or implementations including design, analysis, testing, reporting and training.
Work with leadership to ensure technology is used to drive efficiency, improve service, and provide a desired user experience.
Manage the day-today Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions including: HRIS administration, reporting, data validation, documentation and system testing.
Maintain HR data structures to ensure data integrity, compliance, reliability, efficiency and confidentiality.
Create queries and reports using system reporting tools.
Analyze data and provide feedback on trends and outcomes.
Assist in the development and production of standard and custom reports for ongoing customer needs.
Document report life cycle processes.
Analyze, design, develop, test and deliver all requested HR metrics.
Analyze current HR system-wide tools and processes and provide recommendations for automation.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Provide training and development to users as requested.
Provide information to support audit requests.

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Four (4) years of human resources information systems (HRIS), HR technology, or directly related experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience in the implementation of major upgrade of ERP system and system administration is preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLookups is preferred.
• Experience working with Taleo or other ATS systems is preferred.

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Lead Engineer for Civil Works to join our client's team on a Data Centre project located in Helsinki region, Finland.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading all Civil (CSA) activities and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages across the project
* Ensure site safety in close cooperation with the safety team, maintaining compliance from site establishment through final project completion.
* Manage site Quality assurance and Quality control activities together with the project and quality teams
* Coordinate project scheduling with the Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Design Consultants to ensure milestones and client expectations are met
* Support project cost monitoring and forecasting alongside the QS team
* Supervise daily site activities, reporting and documentation to maintain efficient project execution
* Monitor subcontractor performance, including manpower, progress and quality standards
* Represent the civils discipline in Project Reviews, Engineering, Planning and Handover Meetings
* Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, Quality assurance documentation, safety files and demobilisation of materials and equipment
* Review and verify drawings, setting-out information, and as-built documentation
* Coordinate and complete all CSA activities to a high-quality standard
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 7 years' of experience within the CSA/construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects
* Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing and scheduling principles
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing subcontractors
* Excellent knowledge of site operations, safety practices and quality assurance processes
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment
