Primary Functions:
• The Registered Nurse is a clinically competent practitioner of pediatric, family centered nursing care.
The nurse provides safe nursing care to the pediatric primary care patients with minimal guidance and bases practice on identified principles and standards of care.
The RN is responsible for daily patient care, assessment and treatment in collaboration with the clinical medical provider.
The RN must be competent in caring for patients with moderate to complex heath issues.
Assists nurse manager or Office manager with administrative issues which affect the clinical practices within the office as well as comply with the administrative policies and clinical protocols.
* Essential Functions:
+ Follow the nursing process to deliver care: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
+ Synthesizes patient assessments data and recognizes complex situations prior to communicating with the care team.
+ Documentation reflects ongoing evaluation and effectiveness of patient care.

+ Safely administers medications and medications as prescribed by the provider.

+ Performs phlebotomy to obtain blood specimens and back office laboratory tests.
+ Provides age and developmentally appropriate care to primary care patients.

Minimum Qualifications

Description We are currently hiring Route CDL Drivers (Class B) and offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers.
This position offers the benefit of being home daily while making a meaningful impact by helping collect and transport waste and recycling materials from customers to disposal and recycling facilities.
Drivers will safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles while maintaining compliance with all CDL regulations and company safety standards.
Job Responsibilities Collect residential waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and recyclable materials along assigned routes Potentially operate roll-off routes depending on experience and business needs Transport collected materials to designated landfill or recycling facilities Perform assigned routes in a safe and timely manner Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles Communicate with Route Managers upon completion of assigned routes Follow assigned route schedules and ensure all designated stops are serviced accurately Attend monthly safety meetings and actively participate in safety initiatives Support route efficiency improvements by providing feedback and operational recommendations Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices at all times Qualifications Required Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety and compliance Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to follow instructions and maintain route schedules Reliable transportation or ability to commute consistently Preferred Qualifications Previous route driving or waste industry experience Roll-off route experience Experience operating commercial waste or recycling vehicles LJP is willing to provide on-the-job training for motivated CDL drivers looking to enter the industry, provided it is a strong fit for both the company and the individual candidate.
