Job Summary:
Under general supervision, grows revenue by continually engaging customer decision makers in service area to ensure customers are aware of all Key's offerings and availability.
Leads all phases of customer delivery activities for multiple service lines, including personnel management of multiple crews, and is accountable for safety behavior and results of directed teams to ensure Key's operational objectives are met.

Typical day as an Aftercare Coordinator
* Using your eye for detail to follow up on any defects reported by our customers, development or sales teams on our newly built Persona homes.
* Check on progress of defects and snags with contracting partners to ensure satisfactory completion within service level agreements and updating relevant systems.
* Support our teams as sites approach completion to ensure smooth handover to our customers and through aftercare with home and regular site visits.
* Analysing and reporting any trends in defects using your technical knowledge, driving continuous improvement.
* Driving a positive Persona brand through the expert handling of handovers, regular customer visits and effective handling of customer complaints.

SUMMARY:
The person in this position oversees crews in the performance of track maintenance and is responsible for the oversight of both the maintenance and repair activities surrounding the MoW job or project functions.
Responsibilities include training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
*Prior experience in Railroad Track Maintenance is Required for this position, leads a crew and MOW Track projects in field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Direct and manage the day-to-day activities of the MoW crew
* Interface with others to ensure efficient and organized operations of the railroad along with the maintenance of the track
* Enforce compliance with safety procedures; use PPE to keep required records
* Monitor and closely control all maintenance and other related costs associated with MoW work
* Assist to ensure department meets its track, signal, and capital-projects service goals
* Manage other projects and perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* One plus year of related work experience in Track Maintenance, MOW/Railroad engineering
* Other : Welding experience a plus. Certification FRA 49 CFR 213.7(a) class already completed a plus
*Prior experience in Railroad Track Maintenance is Required for this position, leads a crew and MOW Track projects in field.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
