ABOUT THIS ROLE
Responsible for the overall Base Supply Store operation.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Gulfport - Onsite
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM (May vary based on store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the store.
* Customer service, recognition and interface are critical factors with this position.
* Responsible for ordering, receiving, sales reconciliation, delivery coordination, visual merchandising, personnel administration, cleanliness, and dealing with senior military/civilian personnel.
* Ability to brief visitors and explain the operation of the store with the desired results of increasing business or establishing new stores.
* Communication with vendors, Assistant Manager and other employees.
* Supervises Assistant Manager, up to ten customer service personnel, of which several are legally blind, and up to three warehouse/delivery personnel.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a moderate office environment.
The employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk and use hands.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
When in the Manufacturing area, hearing protection may be required depending on the department.

Assist Hygienist, set up equipment, prepare patient for hygiene treatment and keep records
Essential Functions

Skills & Abilities
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
Required Experience: Completion of Dental Assisting school or minimum three months experience in a dental office.
Certifications & Licenses: Dental Assistant permit within 30 days of employment required.
Coronal Polish Certificate and Radiation Certificate within six month of employment required.
Computer Skills: Dental Software knowledge (Eaglesoft knowledge preferred, but not required.) Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct and interpret lab tests.
* Package and prepare samples for shipment to third party testing locations.
* Respond to internal calls to answer technical product questions.
* Perform laboratory computations leading to accurate data reporting.
* Troubleshoot lab issues.
* Conduct routine maintenance on all lab equipment.
* Contact lab supply vendors.
* Assist inventory control process.
* Ensure all laboratory chemical MSDSs are reviewed and filed.
* Read and properly interpret documents such as lab results, GMP manuals, HACCP programs and procedure manuals.
