The Enterprise Support Technician maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs end user systems, hardware, and peripherals.
The Enterprise Support Technician also provides network, phone, video, and security support.
The Enterprise Support Technician may be assigned project work to address needs of the County.
This position must be capable of assigning, managing and documenting deployed inventory and exercises good inventory control practices.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
* Conduct problem analysis and ensure resolutions are made for PCs and other equipment in accordance with County policies and practices
* Provide remote and on-site assistances to County employees, municipal partners, and first responders to support the business functions of the County
* Install and/or troubleshoot enterprise equipment, end user equipment and peripherals
* Troubleshoot network-related issues such as disabled ports, patching, and tracing of bad cables
* Manage desk phones and extensions; set up or remove users using the Mitel Telephone System
* Conduct server patching to ensure County networks remain secure
* Serves as part of our cybersecurity response team
* Performs cybersecurity operations tasks as required
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field of study
* Minimum of three years’ experience in a Help Desk setting, Desk-side support, IT field service, as an IT Technician, or other related experience
* Valid, state-issued driver’s license required for travel to other County locations
* Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Ability to identify cyber security risks and emergent attacks
* Ability to provide Tier 2 support to end users
* Ability to work on-call and/or outside of normal business hours
* Ability to provide professional, courteous, and timely end user assistance
* Physical presence in the office is required
* Must maintain fitness for duty during scheduled “on call” periods
* Ability to handle stress.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work involves standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms.

Nemours is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, FL.
This position is responsible for: Implementing policies and procedures related to design and construction.
Manage and provide guidance and support to Project Managers and assign responsibility as needed.
Interact with agencies having jurisdiction (i.e., AHCA, Cities, Counties, State).
Work with Infection Control and Safety personnel to establish project processes.
Management of the design and construction of capital projects and a key leader in defining the scope of the end-user's project, leading the design process, and managing the construction and occupancy so that the project is brought in on time and on budget.
Prepare and issue RFPs (Request for Proposal) to both Architects/Engineers and Contractors ensuring projects stay within Nemours policies and procedures.
Provides a leadership role in the Facilities Department and in the development of Nemours Design and Construction standards for the hospital, clinics, or any other Nemours facilities.
Essential Functions

Manage the programming, design and construction phase of assigned projects including management of the design team and their consultants and the Contractor and their subcontractors.

Apply guidance for and assure the vision and scope of the assigned projects stay on track.
3.
Prepare project budget estimates and reports and assure all projects within the Facilities are kept on schedule and budget.
4.
Keep clear lines of communication with Director of Facilities & Construction, Operations, and the end-users/staff as it relates to assigned projects.
5.
Complete thorough reviews of the construction documents to insure they meet the intended program of the projects.
6.
Provide project, process, and standards guidance to support Project Managers.
7.
Assist in obtaining all required state and local permits that the project requires
8.
Understanding the Infection Control and Safety requirements that are required in healthcare construction.
9.
Good understanding of Healthcare Architecture design standards and MEP design.
10.
Manage projects to make sure they align with Nemours wide Master Plan and Standards program.
Requirements
Associate's degree
Experience in Healthcare Construction Management and Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) is preferred.
Experience in managing multiple projects, people and venders.
Experience working with project management software.
