Cette expertise est mise au service du développement d'une clientèle haut de gamme de maroquiniers, de bottiers ou de grandes maisons de couture à travers le monde.
Pour répondre à nos enjeux d'innovation, nous recherchons au sein de la Direction des Opérations Industrielles, un Responsable Recherche et Innovation pour déployer et animer cette stratégie en s'appuyant sur nos équipes en tannerie et sur un maillage de partenaires internes et externes.
Rattaché au Directeur Industriel de la filiale, vous aurez pour mission de définir et d'animer la stratégie de recherche & innovation d'HCP.
Cette stratégie a pour ambition d'adresser les enjeux d'HCP de demain : l'environnement, les matières, le foisonnement créatif, la chimie verte ainsi que la qualité et la performance.
Le périmètre d'application des innovations inclura, sans y être limité, les nouvelles matières, les produits chimiques, les équipements et les procédés.
Vous apporterez une vision rationnelle et scientifique et vous attacherez à faire progresser la compréhension scientifique dans tous les projets auxquels vous participerez.
Vos connaissances scientifiques profondes, complémentaires à celles du milieu de la tannerie, vous permettront d'aborder le milieu industriel d'HCP avec un regard neuf et questionnant.
Par votre capacité à faire des liens avec des entités externes (universités, laboratoires de recherches, start-ups, fédérations, services R&D des fabricants de produits chimiques, etc.), vous identifierez les bons partenaires externes et les piloterez dans le cadre des projets priorisés.

Apporter une réponse scientifique et innovante à des sujets identifiés sur nos sites, en tanneries et en fermes.
Rechercher proactivement des idées d'innovation répondant à nos grands enjeux.
Sélectionner et faire avancer les projets jusqu'à un niveau de maturité suffisant.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Identifier les grands sujets de recherche prioritaires, en discussion avec la communauté des directeurs techniques et de site, en partant de l'observation terrain et en ligne avec les enjeux d'HCP.
Contribuer concrètement à l'avancement des sujets identifiés, par une approche scientifique et industrielle et en donnant le rythme aux projets.
