FACTORY QUALITY ENGINEER
Traveling: up to 70% of the time
We are looking for EU passport holders only.
Witnessing and maintaining quality control processes of supplying factory: that can be switchgear / switchboard manufacturing, assembly and testing (MV/LV), cooling systems design and manufacturing , electrical ehouses (/ shelter/skids) manufacturing and integration (including auxiliary systems).
Ensure that products and services meet or exceed quality standards,before expediting from the factory.
Coordinating with project team and factory to ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the project in order to guarantee the highest level of quality for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures during project execution, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and audits at factories, completeness of factory internal quality checks, integrated and functional tests (as required by customers contracts), materials and spare parts to identify any deviations or non-conformities
Develop/update project-specific quality control documentation, including inspection checklists, quality standards, and procedures.
Ensure Inspection & Testing Plans (ITPs) are conducted as planned
Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop corrective action plans.
Monitor and track punch list items, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to project schedules.
Address any customer complaints related to project quality, implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Stay updated with industry trends, project specifications, and regulations to ensure compliance and suggest improvements.
Report to project teams on quality control outputs and share best practices and improvements
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Electrical technician with minimum Bachelor degree
Language requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in power electrical equipment design and/or testing
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies in a project execution context
Skills requirements
- Good Software tools literacy: MS Office (planning tool), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook
- Good Knowledge of Medium voltage/Low voltage equipment, Power stations and principles
- Knowledge of Data Center Application, Electrical networks advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project team environment

Your Mission:

Au cœur de la transition énergétique, vous intervenez sur des sites photovoltaïques pour assurer la maintenance, le diagnostic, le repowering (mise à niveau avancée d'une installation solaire existante) et l'exploitation des équipements de conversion d'énergie.
Vos missions
• Réaliser les interventions préventives et correctives, ainsi que les repowering, dans le respect des consignes de sécurité et d'environnement, et du planning mis en place
• Réaliser une analyse des risques avant intervention
• Rédiger et remettre les rapports d'intervention via applications mobiles
• Saisir toutes les données dans iAuditor, NetSuite et autres supports
• Collaborer avec les Chargés d'exploitation solaire
• Faire remonter les besoins clients et opportunités commerciales
• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques sécurité et les offres digitales
• Participer aux astreintes (1 week-end/mois)
Votre profil
* Bac+2 minimum en électricité ou électrotechnique
* 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conversion d'énergie / photovoltaïque
* 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en environnement BT/HT
* Onduleurs solaires : 3/5 ans d'expérience
* Connaissance schémas électriques HT/BT
* Bonnes connaissances transformateurs, cellule HTA, disjoncteur
* Aisance outils informatiques
