Electrical Engineers at the Toledo Mill have exposure to a wide away of systems such as instrumentation and controls, low and medium voltage motors, Synchronous motor and controls, D.C.

What You Will Do
* Work to improve the integrity and reliability of all low, medium, and high voltage Electrical Installations, Systems and Equipment for the facility.
This includes but not limited to reliability improvements by developing engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other issues that adversely affect plant equipment operations, project management and trouble-shooting roles.
* Support training programs for maintenance and operations personnel for safe and reliable operation and maintenance of plant power distribution system
* Lead or support root cause analysis "RCA" efforts in areas of expertise and report outs.
Compiling recommendations and implementation/close-out and follow-ups
* Work to develop and track up-to-date and best asset strategies for mill electrical equipment.
Support development and optimization of PM's for all the electrical equipment.
Will on a scheduled base, revisit the active PM's and validate using sound RCM methodologies
* Assist outage planning teams with developing electrical equipment work scopes and execution plans.
