The Implementation Specialist II / III acts as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the implementation process and interfaces with customers, retailers, and internal resources to complete setup.
The position manages high-volume touch point projects such as new relationships, trading partner recertification, and new document testing.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering on-time projects and consulting with the customer using best practices for the customer’s implementation with assistance as needed from the Implementation Manager.
The position is ideal for individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
This role is a hybrid (if near Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA) otherwise, will be a remote opportunity in the US.
EDI Implementation Specialist II / III - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the EDI implementation process for TrueCommerce customers
+ Serve as a primary point of contact during the software implementation process for the customer.
+ Capable of working on multiple projects and with multiple clients and/or partners.
+ Complete implementation tasks and coordinate activities with the customer, trading partners and other implementation team members.
+ Assist the customer with training and usage of the TrueCommerce solution.
+ Facilitate the EDI testing process.
+ Assist the customer with the integration testing process, including understanding of integration functions and integration mapping changes.
+ Configure software solution in order to meet customer business requirements.
+ Verify that solution functionality is accurate and complete.
EDI Implementation Specialist II / III Requirements for Success:
* 4+ years’ experience performing and coordinating project tasks for software implementations with limited supervision
* General understanding of B2B, commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), and supply chain processes preferred
* Experience with business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
* Familiarity with XML is preferred
* Experience with text editing and data mapping tools is preferred

Job Description:
Devises, implements and oversees all plant quality assurance and control programs, practices and procedures in support of established production standards and company business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Supports and encourages the implementation and continuous improvement of the production system.
* May support and maintain the Food Safety Certification program and fulfill the role of SQF (Safe Quality Foods) practitioner for the plant.
* Designs, institutes, and documents safety and environmental programs.
* Advises and consults with plant management on all continuous improvement and quality/safety related issues (may include environmental related issues).
* Measures customer satisfaction and takes corrective action as appropriate and implements techniques to ensure quality levels remain high and consistent.
* Performs periodic testing and documents results for certification and compliance purposes.
* Ensures compliance in the safe handling of hazardous materials and waste.
* May be required to monitor adherence to established safety standards.
Recommends and implements changes as needed.
* May assist in training on lean manufacturing techniques.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
* Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
* Possesses some knowledge of or experience with quality assurance/control in a production setting.
* Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.
* Possesses strong project management skills.
* Ability to operate various types of testing equipment.
* Prior knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations, and ISO 9000 standards is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any other relevant software.

Job Overview
The Application Administrator is responsible for configuring and supporting complex, highly configurable, cloud-based SaaS applications to achieve defined results for the organization and its users.

Serve as backup Application Administrator for CBC’s TowWorks logistics management system, with the same priorities as above.
Provide the following for Salesforce and TowWorks at Canal Barge Company:

* Document application installation and operating procedures
* Manage vendor applications, plans, and relationships
* Install, update, diagnose, and monitor internal and third-party applications
* Train end users on application use and best practices
