* You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.
* This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program that could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus.
Shift
* This facility works a Dupont schedule (rotating 12-hour shifts).
You will work both shifts on a rotating basis, which are 645am-7pm and 645pm-7am.
There are days off between your night and day rotations.

• Support customer engineering contacts and the Molex sales team to secure new design wins and a convertible Salesforce pipeline that leads to profitable year-over-year growth.

The Structural Engineer's position serves a supporting role for Georgia Pacific plants.
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural design for industrial projects for gravity, lateral and equipment loading and assist in the preparation of construction documents.

What You Will Do
