What's the role?
The Sales Order Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely handling of Division 1I orders for our RMS Service Group.
This position is integral in supporting our Field Service Teams to meet and exceed our customers' service requirements, which include the procurement of consumable products and spare parts.
The responsibilities include overseeing all facets of order management, quotation preparation, follow-up activities, processing of credit card transactions, and the supervision of GSA and University accounts.
The role requires ensuring precise invoicing in accordance with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The California Youth Advocacy Network (CYAN) is an independent agency working under the auspices of Heluna Health, a 501(c)3 fiscal sponsor.
CYAN currently employs 13 staff.
Funding is primarily through competitive grants from sources such as the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
Since 1997, CYAN has received funding from the California Tobacco Prevention Program, a CDPH program, to provide tobacco prevention services in California and throughout the country.
What began as a youth advocacy program has grown into a multi-dimensional organization with focused programs in higher education and youth.
CYAN currently provides technical assistance, training, campaign support and networking opportunities to local health agencies, community-based organizations, colleges/universities, and individuals working to address youth and young adult tobacco use.
In 2024, this work is expanding to address cannabis use in five California jurisdictions with funding from the CDPH Substance Abuse and Prevention Branch.
