Tehtävässä vastaat voimajohtoliiketoiminnan yleissuunnittelutiimin toiminnasta ja henkilöistä.

Avoinna oleva tehtävä sijoittuu Power-liiketoimintaan, jossa autamme asiakkaitamme toteuttamaan energiamurrosta energiasektorin koko elinkaaren kattavilla palveluilla.
Näihin kuuluvat voimansiirtoverkkojen ja sähköasemien sekä tuulivoimapuistojen suunnittelu, rakentaminen ja kunnossapito.
Lisäksi liiketoiminta toimittaa ratkaisuja sähköisen liikenteen latausjärjestelmiin sekä sähkön varastointiin.
Työtehtävät ja vastuualueet:
* Pääasiallinen vastuualueesi on tulostavoitteellinen henkilöjohtaminen toimiessasi suunnittelutiimin esihenkilönä
* Vastaat tiimin resursseista ja osaamisesta sekä tuet tiimisi kanssa muuta liiketoimintaa, hoitaen myös ulkoista liiketoimintaa ja suunnittelutoimeksiantoja
* Toimit tarvittaessa projektipäällikkönä esi- ja yleissuunnitteluhankkeissa tiimisi vastuualueiden mukaisesti
* Tiimisi toimii ympäri Suomea, useilla eri paikkakunnilla ja toimipisteillä
Vaatimukset:
* Tehtävään soveltuva koulutus tai kokemuksen tuoma osaaminen
* Aiempi esihenkilökokemus katsotaan eduksi, tärkeintä on kiinnostus johtaa ihmisiä
* Asiantuntemus ja kokemus 110-400 kV voimajohtojen esi- ja yleissuunnittelusta
* Itseohjautuvuus, hyvät organisointikyvyt sekä hyvät neuvottelu- ja yhteistyötaidot
* Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää sinulta sujuvaa suomen ja tyydyttävää englannin kielen taitoa
* Satunnainen matkustusvalmius tehtävien vaatimusten mukaisesti

JOB FUNCTIONS
Your role as a part-time or full-time HR Associate will include learning and assisting with the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR department to include the following duties:
* Supporting the recruitment process to include phone screens, job postings, and panel interview preparations
* Assisting with new employee orientation
* Utilizing DocuSign to document work products
* Processing I-9 information using E-Verify and the Virginia Report System
* Managing/editing the HR intranet page
* Completing employee verifications
* Initiating background checks via Hire Right
* Writing and distributing new hire biographies, birthday and anniversary lists to employees
* Assisting with employee engagement activities (blood drives, flu shot clinics etc.)
* Placing supply orders when needed
* Using the HR Information Systems to update employee data (UKG knowledge strongly preferred)
* Creating and managing virtual files for employees
* Maintaining the HR file room
* Additional tasks or projects as needed
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications: College degree strongly preferred.
