Vous aurez la charge de piloter des projets d'améliorations sur les axes organisationnels et industriels,:
* Analyser l'existant et identifier des axes d'améliorations
* Mettre en place et animer un groupe de travail (workshop de type Kaizen)
* Construire des solutions adaptées au besoin
* Analyser le ratio coøts/bénéfices
* Présenter et faire valider les solutions retenues
* Déployer la solution et vérifier son efficacité
