La Holding Textile Hermès développe en collaboration avec les métiers et directions artistiques, les accessoires et textiles de la Maison Hermès et coordonne leur production au travers de ses différents sites.
Organisée en filière de production intégrée, du fil à la confection en passant par le tissage et l'impression, HTH sert la Maison Hermès ainsi que des clients externes.
Elle est composée de 10 sociétés basées majoritairement en région Rhône Alpes et compte environ 1000 collaborateurs.
La SIEGL, site d'impression de la Filière et comptant environ 150 personnes, localisée au Grand Lemps, recherche son/sa Directeur/trice d'établissement.
Principales activités
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur industriel de la filière, vous pilotez en autonomie l'ensemble des services opérationnels d'un site de production industrielle spécialisé dans l'impression textile avec les valeurs de qualité et d'excellence chères à la Maison Hermès.
Proche du terrain et des collaborateurs, vous assumez cette responsabilité dans un contexte de production caractérisée par un degré d'exigence élevé en termes de satisfaction client.
Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures dans un souci permanent de sûreté et de sécurité des personnes et des biens et faites de la santé au travail et de la sécurité un enjeu premier au sein des équipes par la définition et le déploiement d'une politique de prévention en adéquation avec les enjeux et risques identifiés pour votre établissement.
Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie de fabrication au sein de votre établissement en proposant les projets et actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des résultats attendus par la filière.
Vous garantissez les objectifs de production, en termes de coûts, délais et volume, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de développement responsable et durable au sein d'une Maison d'excellence.
Vous animez l'équipe de direction du site (EDS) pour assurer et garantir les objectifs fixés dans le cadre du plan à 3 ans et du plan budgétaire et identifier avec les membres de cette équipe les principaux leviers d'actions pour optimiser la production, en maintenant au plus haut l'exigence de savoir-faire (recrutement, développement des compétences, formation et transmission des compétences, acquisition de nouveaux équipements industriels).
