The Pediatric Neuroscience Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers comprehensive independent and collaborative care as an integral member of the Neurosurgery and Neurology teams, supporting pediatric patients with medically refractory epilepsy.
The APP works in close partnership with attending physicians across the full continuum of care, including initial neurologic assessment, pre‑operative evaluation, surgical coordination, and long‑term postoperative management.
The APP will provide first‑assist services in the operating room, contributing directly to neurosurgical procedures and ensuring optimal intraoperative support.
This role is essential to the effective functioning of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and the neurosurgical operative service, ensuring consistent, coordinated, and family‑centered care for patients navigating complex surgical decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive patient assessments including history and physical examinations

Accurately reconcile payment collections at the end of each shift, as per Cash Collections Policy, and completes End of Day (EOD) Reports including DCRF and LDCRS.
Complete assigned work queues daily.
Maintain computer and electronic system competency including but not limited to processes for: scheduling, appointment cancellations and order entry for clinical system, use of Iguide, EOD status changes, work queue processing, linking referrals, posting "other" payments, use of scanner device and electronic insurance verifications.
Maintain inventory of clerical supplies and ensure the work environment and outpatient waiting room is in an orderly and clean condition to ensure patient safety and security.

Shift: 6AM-6PM with every other weekend off.
Responsibilities:
* Follow SOP’s for proper drain sanitation
* Follow SOP for cleaning plastic pallets.
* Follow SOP for cleaning of utensils and containers.
* Follow SOP for bailing cardboard, plastic, super sacks, and ingredient bags/containers.
* Cleaning of Lunchroom/Bathrooms
* Refilling Dispensers
* Replenishing Supplies when needed
* Emptying Garbage’s/Replacing bags
* Enforce plant wide GMP compliance.
Requirements:
* Ideal candidates have previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
* Light heavy work - lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $23.00 USD per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour for the shift premium.
Shift: Nights, 6PM-6AM with every other weekend off.
Responsibilities
* Filtration Operator has the responsibility for running the RO/Separator/UF/Nano/Pasteurizer’s in an efficient and productive manner.
Requirements
* Communicate with all departmental operators to efficiently manage silo space and production schedules. Any issues should be reported to a shift lead/supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
* Must have ability to operate NIR effectively.
* Must pull liquid samples and use analysis for adjusting operation parameters.
* Monitor, plan and track all incoming product for upcoming production runs.
* Check all silo temperatures and solids; document this information on the RO / UF Daily production report.
* Trace product lines and track the locations of all products being transferred.
* Maintain the filtration equipment assuring that all product specifications meet specified parameters.
* Maintain proper documentation for production Runs and CIP’s.
* Monitor the filtration equipment and silo areas for leaking gaskets, airlines, pump seals and any other operation deficiencies and report immediately to maintenance/shift lead/supervisor/manager.
* Maintain clean silos, lines and documentation.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions.
