POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision.
They execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with repair or general maintenance work of facilities to include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and roof repairs.
* Preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC units to include filter changes on all air handling and filtration systems.
* Servicing emergency equipment, reporting mechanical malfunctions to party for action.
* Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
* Organizing and inventory of spare equipment parts
* Entering data in CMMS system and interpreting results for predictive maintenance.
* Participation in TPM and Lean events.
* Assist in troubleshooting 480, 220/240, 120 and low voltage control circuits.
* Assist with repair/replacement of hydraulic, pneumatic and machine tool lubrication systems.
* Perform preventative maintenance on machine tools in accordance with CMMS tasks.
* Working at heights up to 40 feet using ladders, scissors lift and boom lift.
* Required to travel between Newnan, GA and LaGrange, GA on occasion.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
* Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Must be enrolled in a maintenance technical certification program or equivalent
* Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
* Ability to operate a forklift.
* Should follow oral or written instructions.
* Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Les principales missions sont :
* D'assurer l'industrialisation des modèles pour un déroulement optimal de la production sur son périmètre conformément au planning de livraison, dans le respect des orientations stylistiques et des standards qualité de nos produits.
* De contribuer à l'amélioration continue des performances de ce périmètre (amélioration des performances qualité, fiabilité et réactivité de mise au point)
L'équipe est actuellement composée de 3 collaborateurs permanents en direct.
Principales missions :
1.
Industrialisation des modèles :
* Etablit, avec son équipe, à la suite des essayages de revues de détails avec les équipes de développement et le studio, les dossiers techniques des produits de sa catégorie.
* Communique et s'assure de la bonne compréhension des dossiers auprès des fabricants, s'assure de leur mise en application sur les Contretypes et Têtes de Série.
* Met à jour les structures produit pour tout changement réalisé lors de l'industrialisation.
* Définit la nomenclature hors produit (composition, conditionnement), la renseigne dans les systèmes.
* Gère les aspects administratifs liés à l'industrialisation (bons de commandes, facturation, gestion des tests...).
* Contrôle et valide les Contretypes et Têtes de série (Prise de mesures, organisation des essayages afin de valider la vestibilité et la conformité de fabrication des modèles), et débloque le OK coupe et OK production auprès des fabricants.
* Est garant du respect du planning d'industrialisation de ses modèles et alerte en cas de dérive de planning, communique l'état d'avancement des lancements et validations des modèles à l'équipe Production.

Lancement de la fabrication, accompagnement des fabricants tout au long du processus de production :
* Assure une présence chez les fabricants externes afin de vérifier la bonne compréhension et application des différents commentaires techniques, suit l'avancement de la fabrication, résout les éventuels problèmes de montage, et optimise l'exploitation de la matière.
* Rédige et partage les comptes-rendus de visites, établit les plans d'actions nécessaires et en assure le suivi.
* Veille au respect du prix déterminé pour le modèle, gère avec le Directeur technique et le Directeur de production les éventuelles demandes sur les prix de façon et refacturation.
* Relaie le standard qualité des matières première en collaboration avec le service achats et qualité et le communique aux fabricants.
Est garant de la bonne compréhension et application de ce standard par tous les acteurs.
* Organise la charge de son équipe en répartissant les dossiers et le suivi des validations.

* Reporting Finanziario:

* Preparare relazioni finanziarie e consigli di amministrazione.
* Garantire l'intero rapporto con i Revisori dei conti del sito produttivo (monitoraggio dell'inventario, controlli chiave delle scorte, giustificativi di chiusura, ecc.)
* Costruzione e caricamento delle tariffe, costi di produzione in ERP
* Budget, piano strategico triennale:
* Analisi propedeutiche alla costruzione di budget e piani strategici: raccomandazioni sul modello di business dei siti e analisi del conto economico su base storica in collaborazione con il comitato di direzione della conceria.
* Preparazione della riunione piano strategico & Budget e presentazione al Comex Divisione

Under general supervision, and according to prescription, to evaluate, plan and administer physical therapy treatment plans for physically handicapped children with neuro-muscular, orthopedic and/or other problems; acts as a lead worker for psychical therapists assigned to a medical therapy unit; performs other related duties as required.
The Senior Therapist is the lead level classification in the Therapist series for the California Children's Services Program.
Incumbents are assigned to case manage 70% of a full-time therapists' s caseload and serve in a lead capacity as an additional resource to staff therapists in the Program.
They will additionally support the Unit Supervisor duties as needed.
The Senior Therapist is distinguished from the Supervising Therapist in that the latter provides day-to-day supervision of a combination program of physical therapy within the unit.• Plan, administer and guide therapy treatments for cases of physically handicapped children.
• Works as a member of the interdisciplinary team, confers with the physician, patient and family to set functional goals.
• Provides patient and family education/home program activities to assist in activity of daily living skills designed to promote improved mental and physical health.

• Participate in program development workgroups or projects as assigned.
• Complete 10% client case reviews for their respective Medical Therapy Unit's monthly to promote quality assurance and quality improvement measures in providing client care.
• Assists in the operation of Pediatric and Orthopedic Conferences; assists in the training and evaluation of professional students; assists as a liaison between a Medical Therapy Unit, school personnel, and other community agencies in the absence of the supervising therapist.
• Assists the Medical Therapy Unit Supervisor in the reviewing Physical therapy evaluations and Durable Medical Equipment requests.
• May represent the Medical Therapy Program in Special Care Clinics for enhanced care coordination for the Medical Therapy Program clients.License/Certificate: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the California Board of Physical Therapy.

About Detention Behavioral Health Services
Our Detention services provides mental health and substance use disorder specific behavioral health services to incarcerated youth and their families in an effort to reduce recidivism and increase recovery and health for reunification into broader community environments.
These position will work with Psychiatrist, Therapists, Counselors, Case Managers and other professional staff and supervise multiply disciplinary teams.
These position will oversee mental health detention services, and that evidence based practices and modalities are used effectively.
The position will ensure a mental health response team is available to address life threatening situations such as suicidal ideation or attempts in the jails.
Additionally, these positions ensure all referred individuals receive a mental health evaluation to determine the presence of a psychiatric problem and identify the services needed.
