Job Summary Fernbrook Family Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to provide community-based mental health services to children, adults, and families in supplemental housing and home and community settings.
Working under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), MHPs support clients in building skills that enhance daily functioning, independence, and overall well-being.
