RESPONSABILITIES
1.
Complies and ensures compliance by his / her team with all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including but not limited to Face shields, Leather Aprons, Leather sleeves and Thermal gloves.
2.
Performs & ensures performance by his / her team that all work is in accordance with established safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out and notify of any unsafe conditions to Shift Supervisor, Shift engineer, Manufacturing Manager or Safety Coordinator.
3.
Leads others and guides them to be directly responsible for the production and maintenance process in the machines assigned.
4.
Leads others to observe break times to ensure maximum output of machines
5.
Ensures that Operators, Technical Operators, Process Technicians, and others produce safe, legal, and quality products through assessment, inspections, and verifications of processes at all stages of manufacturing.
6.
Must keep up with EXT002.F003VA - SHIFT EXTRUSION INSPECTION REPORT for each extrusion line.
7.
Follows Workorders, Parameter & Specification sheets in directing others to adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure and temperatures and amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials.
8.
Can request & direct others to request materials and assures the use of correct materials in their assigned machine, according with the bill of materials in the work order.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Must either have come up the ranks from Operator, Technical operator, Process technician or have equivalent Production Technical Expert 1 experience.
* Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment with previous machine operation experience strongly desired.
Leadership skills in fast-paced environments are a plus.
* Have completed or complete the Process Tech training.
* No WW in the last 6 months.
* Have no points or be below 3 points of attendance.

Job Summary:
Under close supervision and direction of Service Supervisor, learns to perform a number of tasks associated with fluid pumps operation and rig-up/down of equipment and tools and related equipment used in coiled tubing well site servicing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as liaison between affected property owners and our clients.
* Assist in performing, overseeing or reviewing land valuation studies or their equivalent, but excluding appraisals.
* Support with preparing and submitting applications for various permits, licenses and bonds (road/railroad crossings, driveway permits, building permits, heavy hauling permits, etc.).
* Aid with investigating damage claims, damage assessments and settlement negotiations.
* Assist in supervising staff and third party land agents or other subcontractors.
* Communicate with subcontractors, permitting agencies, and clients related to project activities.
* Develop proposals, budgets, project plans, schedules, progress reports, scopes of work and other bid documents.
* Responsible for business development and expanding the Land and Right-of-Way Team.
* Support resource loading, work flow management and budget management.

This qualified scientist, planner, or engineer will understand the federal, state, and local processes required to permit aviation, transportation, municipal, land development, and industrial projects in the Northwest U.S.; with emphases on understanding the Idaho, Utah, and Washington markets.
