Summary Objective:
Create and deliver a variety of personal training workouts for a wide range of clients. Build a client base, and recruit new personal training clients under the management of the Fitness Director and with the Personal Training team.

* Conduct new member orientation pre-exercise biometrics and goal evaluations

The Spurs Basketball Camp coach is a seasonal contracted position that facilitates basketball camps Monday-Friday during designated camp weeks.
This position is a week-by-week position that depends on number of athletes and availability. Coaching positions usually occur during summer, fall, winter and spring break time periods.

The Senior Global Talent Development Consultant role is responsible for the design, development, and execution of a broad scope of talent development solutions and deliverables to meet Elanco’s people priorities.
This role will develop, deploy, and evaluate talent solutions, which may include pipeline programs (early, mid, senior career), competencies and career pathing, learning and organizational development, coaching, or performance management support.
You Will:
* Act as a project manager for the design and development of a broad scope of talent development solutions to include presenting solution information to key stakeholders to gain buy-in, forming work teams with colleagues from the business, managing timelines, communicating effectively, and ensuring quality of product.
* Translates high level people strategy and conceptual design into detailed solution design for areas of responsibilities.
* Designs, develops, and pilots a broad scope of Talent and Organizational Development solutions and programs to meet business needs and HR priorities across the global enterprise.
* Tailor enterprise development solutions to meet the needs of our global business units to ensure programs will resonate with all cultures and geographies that make up the Elanco enterprise.
* Consults and collaborates with colleagues across HR, including communities of expertise, people operations, and HR Business Partners from across the business.
* Utilize various data collection methodologies to help inform the design, development, and evaluation of development programs.

Essential Functions:
- Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
- Learn and support all routes.
Run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or other vacancies.
- When not on a route, assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and any other tasks assigned by supervision.
