Reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce Analytics, the Digital Commerce Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for developing insights and strategies to accelerate the growth of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Omnichannel business and drive the development of our digital commerce capabilities.
The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Omnichannel Commerce, Sales, and Marketing to drive digital opportunity identification and strategic projects.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct analyses to accelerate digital commerce growth across various levers working in partnership with digital pods and brand teams
* Identify assortment opportunities for Omnichannel performance across critical price points, tiers, and pack sizes in coordination with Category Management
* Prepare pricing and promotional recommendations based on competitive activity in coordination with RGM
* Identify opportunities to improve PDP content to drive higher conversion rates and coordination with paid search strategies in coordination with SEO and Digital Experience teams
* Analyze trends in ratings and reviews and execute sentiment analyses to identify SKU performance opportunities
* Monitor competitive activity in eCommerce and alert relevant stakeholders
* Work with Brand and Customer teams to build capabilities and improve processes
