* Inspect work sites for obstructions and to ensure that holes will not cause structural weakness.
* Operate motorized pumps to remove water from flooded manholes, basements, or facility floors.
* Work at heights with no fear, capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
* Must be able to perform work wearing personnel protective equipment.

What You Will Do
* Manage and track the progress of approximately 20 projects at any given time, ensuring they are on schedule and within scope
* Collaborate with the Engineering Leader and Project Engineers to maintain oversight of projects and to provide strategic direction
* Actively participate in project team meetings; provide guidance and ensure teams are addressing key considerations
* Stay informed of the status across the entire project portfolio of the mill, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
