Maximus is hiring a Customer Service Representative I to support our Shared Operational Services program at our Lawrence, Kansas location.
This position is responsible for providing Data Entry, Clerical and Phone Based Support for the multiple projects in the Shared Operational Services Department.
The position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to analyze, document, resolve and/or escalate issues while providing excellent customer service.
The CSR I Operations reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
The CSR I Operations, when unsure how to respond to the caller, will consult a Customer Service Representative II.
Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
This is an on-site position and requires that you perform the work at the Maximus Lawrence Kansas location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple possible channels (i.e.
telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).
- Calls are basic and routine.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Provides feedback when needed, provide input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
Customer Service:
- Performs phone and email-based customer service functions
- Provides complete information to Tax Relief Act (TRA) callers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Consistently demonstrates effective telephone communication and customer service skills

Clerical/Data Entry:
- Performs clerical and data entry functions between calls

Maximus is currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Software QA.
This position is remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply systems analysis and testing techniques and procedures to ensure software or system functional specifications are correctly identified.
- Create test-related work products (test cases/scripts, test datasets, test validation and verification results etc.) per testing standards and procedures.
- Prepare any required reporting documentation for the respective testing activities.
- Ensure adherence to performance standards and best practices during testing
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Experience performing manual functional testing, applying systems analysis and testing techniques to validate software and system specifications, including performance, reliability, security, and usability considerations.
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and supporting test artifacts, including test data, execution results, and defect documentation, in accordance with established testing standards and procedures.
- Ability to clearly document and report testing activities, including test status, defects, and test summary results for stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software testing best practices and performance standards, with demonstrated ability to apply them consistently throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Experience working in the Scrum framework.
- Experience testing APIs using Bruno or comparable API testing tools
- Proficiency in SQL Data Manipulation Language (DML).
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver using Python.
- Must reside in the U.S.
Preferred Key Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience in the Health & Human Services industry.
