We are seeking a Lead Systems Security Analyst to join our team supporting our Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client.
Location of work is remote in the US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, engineering, and implementation of application solutions that meet security requirements.
- Lead the collaboration with cybersecurity contacts and/or clients to triage, document, and address application security vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement role-based access control architecture and Segregation of Duties (SOD) protocol.
- Communicate solutions and updates to senior leadership, which may include clients.
- May support Authority-to-Operate (ATO) process.
- Develop specifications for extremely complex computer network security/protection technologies for IRS information and network systems/applications.

As the Lead Global Solution Architect at Maximus, you will be the top corporate solution architect, responsible for shaping our company's solution architects and driving innovation and differentiated technology offerings across all aspects of our business.
You will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop and execute a comprehensive solution architect team in line with the CDIO strategy that aligns with our enterprise goals and delivers value to our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all global solution architects (SAs): Serve as the strategic lead for all solution architects across the business.
This includes the structure to manage and oversee all SAs, own the best practices, ways of work, training and upskilling and oversight of all strategic solutions and bids to ensure differentiated solutions that are secure, reusable and scalable.
- Lead the strategic interlock between the business lines and technology organizations: Develop and maintain the strategic technology roadmap that optimizes technology development and its impact on the business.
This includes working closely with the AI and CX accelerator leads, as well as multiple "mission thread" leads across the CTO's organization to ensure they are tuned to the needs of the business.
Ensures all outcomes are measurable and repeatable
- Strategic Vision: Works with the CTO and CDIO to build the strategic and technology vision, to develop differentiated digital and technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support our business objectives.
- Technology Roadmap: Collaborates with the CTO to develop and maintain an executable technology roadmap that guides our investments and drives the adoption of technical solutions both internally and within customer-facing programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical processes, people, and capabilities are aligned to support business objectives and drive positive outcomes across Maximus business segments.
