Seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in the PTC Windchill PLM domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Windchill modules, CAD-PLM integrations, webservices validation, and modern QA practices including BDD, AI-assisted test authoring, and test optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end functional and regression testing for core Windchill modules, including PDMLink, PartsLink, ProjectLink & MPMLink
• Validate Windchill business logic, workflows, access control rules, and lifecycle behaviors.
• Conduct configuration validation, BOM validations, and PDM process verification.
• Test integrations between Windchill and major CAD applications (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Ensure CAD structure synchronization and interoperability within the PLM ecosystem.
• Validate REST/SOAP webservices used in Windchill customizations and integrations.
• Conduct payload validation, schema verification, and boundary testing for service interfaces.
• Draft clear use cases, test scenarios, and test cases using industry-standard QA techniques.
