RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ability to conduct LDAR monitoring in accordance with the requirements of EPA Method 21 for routine monitoring purposes, repair verification, and comparative monitoring evaluations.
* Perform calibrations and drift checks on FID/PID instrument.
* Troubleshooting of the FID/PID instrument.
* Ability to conduct audio, visual, and olfactory (AVO) inspections and identify open ended lines (OELs).
* Ability to identify various types of equipment subject to LDAR requirements and potential leak interfaces (e.g., valve types, flanges, instrumentation systems, pump seals, agitators, and pressure relief devices).
* Work well with client monitoring technicians during audit conditions.
* Able to self-start while mindful of last-minute changes to the client’s needs and schedule.
* Follow standard operating procedures written to maintain compliance assurance of regulations and permits.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school degree required.
* Two or more years of relevant LDAR emissions monitoring experience in industrial settings.
* Demonstrated field experience and understanding of various component types and instrumentation systems.
* Trained in Method 21 monitoring using a FID/PID instrument.
* Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or refining sector will be an important candidate selection factor.
* Ability to compare isometric drawings to facility piping (isometric drawings follow the North, South, East, West, Up and Down of field equipment and are tagged at potential Leak Points).
* Drug screening required.
* Candidate must be able to work at moderate to high levels of physical exertion for extended periods. Role Overview The Senior Executive Assistant is a critical partner to the Digital & Analytics senior leadership team, providing high-level administrative support, acting as a thought partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem solver.
This role requires navigating a dynamic environment, reprioritizing needs, maintaining confidentiality, and proactively anticipating the needs of the Chief Digital & Analytics Officer.
The Senior Executive Assistant builds effective relationships across the organization and demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform diversified, complex, and sensitive/confidential administrative duties for the Chief Digital & Analytics Officer and other senior leadership, utilizing broad experience and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
* Build effective relationships with internal partners, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism with stakeholders, including but not limited to, peer executive assistants, technical support, internal communications, travel/aviation, and corporate real estate.
* Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff & Operations Office team leads to minimize gaps and streamline support for the Digital & Analytics organization.
* Manage complex scheduling and calendaring, including last-minute changes, prioritization, and cross-enterprise meetings.
* Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, technology needs (Zoom, Webex, Teams, Skype), virtual Q&A, surveys, and distribution of materials.
* Attend staff meetings to record minutes, track takeaways, follow up on action items, and manage invitations for guest attendees.
* Plan and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors reporting to the Chief Digital & Analytics Officer.
* Prepare and settle travel arrangements and expense accounts, including use of online booking tools and expense systems (e.g., Concur), and design thorough travel experiences and logistical plans for routine travel and events hosted by the Chief Digital & Analytics Officer.
* Order equipment and supplies, support department space planning, and coordinate with real estate and technology partners.
* Develop correspondence (letters, memos, emails), create Excel spreadsheets, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and miscellaneous reports as needed.
* Publish and maintain department and leadership team distribution lists, SharePoint access, and other communication channels (WebEx, text, etc.).
* Manage department vendor payment activities, track and approve invoices, and assume delegate responsibilities for travel and expense entry for the department head and Chief Digital & Analytics Officer in various applications (e.g., Workday, Cigna Standout).

The Operations Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for delivering value by providing support to our Operations Production and Management Teams.
This person will be working side by side with internal customers, leading projects that will support our production goals, and will be an advocate for the production floor team members.
They will work with limited supervision on projects for the supervisor staff and working in production tasks that support the need at any given time.
They will provide direction to team members and assist supervisors with follow up, coaching, and supporting administrative duties that will allow Supervisors to be more available to engage with their team.
Responsibilities are broken into two main functions; one function of this role is to support the Production staff as needed and supporting the Operations Supervisors by owning administrative tasks.

This will include setting up times for Interviews as needed and team huddles.
* Posting critical, approved communications throughout the pharmacy in all areas of Operations to ensure consistency.
This will include monitoring communications and removing any outdated postings.
* Posting consistent Overtime Sign up requests in all departments for all shifts as needed, including pulling information from the postings for the management team as needed.
This may include attending Operations Overtime planning meetings.
* Support tracking of Supervisor tasks and providing reminders appropriately, including shift differential changes, new hire calls, interview support, and shift preference forms.
* Enter requests as needed for Real Estate, IT, or Supply needs as well as tickets as needed for stuck transactions or other technology team help needs to ensure the correct functioning of the Pharmacy.
* Assist with Supply needs and distribution and copying as needed.
* Collecting records as needed for Training/CTL completion and maintain cross training data for each department.
These must be consistent between both shifts.
