The Chubb North American Marine team services several business units within Chubb with diverse books of business involving commercial ocean marine cargo, inland marine transit, motor truck cargo legal liability and other transportation/warehousemen related claims.
This position manages pending inventory and daily workflow of incoming claims while ensuring high customer service levels and compliance with best practices are being met.
The position requires the analysis of a broad number of marine coverages.
