BASIC FUNCTION
Perform chemical and physical analyses and tests required for quality control of processes or products and ensure compliance of our specification.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
* Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures, safety requirements, cGMP regulations and customer requirements applicable to this position.
* Perform Physical and Chemical analysis of bulk aerosol, liquid concentrates, raw material, finished products, blend gas, C & S samples and any other material coming to the Lab for testing.
* Perform necessary adjustment on different bulk product.
* Operating equipment needed to perform testing such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Solids Meter, Density Meter, Moisture Meter, Refractometer, etc.
* Maintain a daily Laboratory Notebook documenting work performed per GMP and GLP regulations.
* Testing line start up samples such as bulk and propellant to assure proper gas and batch is on the line.
* For any material that does not meet specification write an NCR report.
* Calibration of Lab Equipment and keeping Calibration Logbooks current.
* Review other QC Lab Technician’s data for correctness.
* Perform material and product release functions in JDE
* Perform other duties as assigned by Analytical Laboratory Supervisor or Technical Director.
EDUCATIONAL/BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
A 4-year degree in science, preferably a B.S.
in Chemistry or minimum 2-year Associates degree; must be computer proficient.

After a reasonable probation period Dryer Supervisor is required to continuously improve production rates until they have reached production expectations.

Assist Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
Quickly wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
* Maintain a clean space daily in our employee cafeteria, service the lunch service and required duties required internally.
