Maintains and repairs existing hospital equipment and buildings.
Installs general new equipment and fixtures, prepares and applies paint to walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and other objects and surfaces.
Maintains and repairs wood components as needed to help ensure hospital facilities are maintained in a neat and attractive manner, consistent with standards appropriate for a healthcare facility.
Maintains planted areas of hospital and assists with ground maintenance.

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in California!
• Develop treatment plan and provide treatment, consistent with benefit and reimbursement level for best functional outcome for patient.
• Educate staff, other health care professionals and third party payer on the benefits and functional outcomes of intervention.
• Appropriately and effectively completes documentation including evaluations, daily progress notes, summaries, or monthly reports as required.
• Attend continuing education seminars/workshops to keep abreast of new clinical skills, programs or techniques.
Provide in-service training sessions or other educational presentations to company, team or facility in order to enhance one's clinical and professional knowledge and skills.
• Expands and enhances self, in both clinical and professional knowledge through associations and continuing education.

Position Title - Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurse (RN) - General Purpose
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Such supervision must be accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing (DON)and or/Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) when applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Essential Duties
* Accurately prepare, administer and document medications, tests upon which the administration of medications are dependent, and perform treatments according to the physician's orders.
* Assess the resident's response to medication regime and notify the physician of refusal of medication/treatments and/or non-compliance with treatment plan.
* Inform resident and family member of mediation/treatment plan and new orders with explanation of the type, purpose and potential side effects of the medication/treatment.
* Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
* Assist the Charge Nurse as required which includes but is not limited to assessment of residents on change of condition, notification of physician and families, admissions, discharges or transfers, weekly progress note documentation, MDS assessment and care plans.
* Key information into computer systems, including EMR.
* Assist in orientation and training of new nursing personnel, as required.
* Practice, implement and supervise Infection Control and Universal Precaution policies and procedures.
* Participate in Quality Assurance Program and attend in-service education & staff meetings as required.
* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
