PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the supervision of the Controller, responsible for overseeing the bank’s operational accounting functions, managing the accounts payable process, Facilitating the month-end close process, and the review of monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate and efficient performance of the Bank’s financial accounting function.
This position is expected to have strong accounting expertise and the ability to analyze data and independently problem-solve.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Oversee the bank’s accounting operations, including account reconciliations, daily balancing of GL and bank accounts, loan settlements, daily processing, mortgage closing and funding, clearing suspense items, and other duties.
Review daily balancing performed by accounting staff and serve as the primary back-up for operational functions.
* Manage the processing of Accounts Payable in a timely and accurate manner, including proper classification of invoices to the general ledger while ensuring accurate accounting for capital expenditures, prepaid expenses, and expense accruals.
* Manage the expense reimbursement process, including reviewing expense reports and managing the corporate credit card program.
* Review monthly account reconciliations performed by accounting staff and prepare high level or complex reconciliations; take responsibility for ensuring outstanding items clear on a timely basis.
* Calculate mortgage sales commissions and work with HR to ensure proper processing in accordance with respective incentive compensation plans
* Research and ensure compliance with the proper accounting for other items, including periodic monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions in addition to irregular and non-recurring transactions.
This includes participation in the adoption of new accounting standards updates.
* Facilitate the general ledger closing process each month, including variance analysis and proposing journal entries
* Maintain the bank's general ledger as an accurate and useful accounting resource; in coordination with the operations department, this includes account structure and system parameter setup, deferred fee/cost parameters and maintenance, as well as relevant interfaces with core system modules and integration with other systems essential to the bank’s accounting function

Job Summary
The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations within the power supply department in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
This position focuses on the precise soldering and assembly of small electronic components, including work on PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies.
The role requires following standardized work instructions, operating production equipment, performing fine‑detail soldering tasks, and ensuring all products meet established quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, steady hand‑eye coordination, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work area.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and solder small electronic components, including PCB circuit board parts.
* Use microscopes for extended periods to inspect and assemble miniature components.
* Perform repetitive fine‑assembly tasks with (650-700 degrees) soldering irons, torque drivers, tweezers, and other small hand tools.
* Load and unload assemblies into production fixtures.
* Work with semi‑automated equipment to dispense potting materials.
* Handle solder, epoxy, adhesives, cleaners, and RTV safely and appropriately.
* Interpret and enter test data accurately into computer systems and databases.

Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successfully complete the program and be placed in a hotel with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.
