Deine To Dos:
* Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Instandsetzungen im Bereich Kältetechnik
* Verhindern von Störungen und Ausfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und Fachabteilungen
* Installieren von Schneider Electric Komponenten in Rechenzentren
* Begleiten von Installationsprojekten sowie Durchführen von Schulungen
* Mitwirkung am Wissens- und Erfahrungstransfer durch dokumentieren der Einsätze
* Schweizweite Einsatzbereitschaft und Pikettdienst gehören nach einer soliden Einarbeitung dazu - selbstverständlich mit separater Vergütung

Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Technikerabschluss im Bereich Kältetechnik / Klimatechnik / Elektrotechnik mit fundierter Erfahrung in Kältetechnik
* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie fundierte MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
* Schweizweite Reisebereitschaft und ein Führerschein Kat.

* Bereitschaft Produkt-Knowhow stetig weiterzuentwickeln in Schulungen im In- und Ausland
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch ist von Vorteil

Votre rôle :
* Déployer les politiques et engagement environnement du groupe sur votre périmètre.
* Être l'expert local et point de contact pour tous les projets mis en œuvre dans votre périmètre.
* Etre le référent et garant de la conformité réglementaire et des standards Schneider Electric.
* Piloter et tenir les indicateurs groupe.
* Être membre actif de la communauté métiers Environnement Energie France.
* Garantir la mise en œuvre du Système de Management Intégré France sur votre périmètre.
* Participer aux revues de processus et de direction annuelles de votre périmètre.
Vous reportez au Directeur Campus / Chargé Environnement Energie du Campus concerné.
Vos missions :
Mettre en œuvre et déployer les plans d'action définis annuellement :
Mettre en œuvre et réaliser les actions définies par le groupe.
Vérifier la tenue des objectifs.
Engager les actions correctives lors des non-conformités ou écarts constatés.
Tenir et reporter les indicateurs groupe sur la partie locale à votre leader/responsable.
Garantir le respect des normes ISO et la conformité réglementaires sur votre périmètre :
Répondre et argumenter lors des audits ISO 14001 et SPS sur vos sites.
Réaliser des analyses environnementales.
Mettre en œuvre le plan d'actions correctives identifié des non-conformités majeures suite aux audits.
Garantir le principe de l'amélioration continue.
Garantir le bon fonctionnement des processus de gestion de déchets de votre périmètre et son optimisation :
Analyser et comprendre les cycles de vie des déchets et leurs filières de traitement de votre périmètre.
Mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions visant à optimiser vos filières.
Mettre en œuvre les actions permettant l'intégration de l'economie circulaire au sein de votre périmètre.
Assurer la visibilité (Interne et Externe) de ces actions au sein de votre périmètre .
Assurer la continuité de service en matière d'environnement :
Comprendre le bon fonctionnement de son système.
Piloter les prestataires de votre domaine environnement.
Identifier les dysfonctionnements environnement.
Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires.
Tenir à jour le Business Continuity Plan (BCP) sur l'axe environnement.
Piloter le budget relatif aux actions de votre domaine.
Analyser les impacts environnementaux des projets de transformation industrielle, organisationnelle ou d'infrastructure de vos sites.
Vous êtes :
* Diplômé d'un Bac +5 avec une forte expérience sur l'expertise environnement.
* Vous avez un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum.
* Vous êtes familier avec les normes ISO 14001 et 50001 et êtes capable d'auditer un site sur ces normes.
