As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead the Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division's quality function across nine manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent execution of quality strategies, systems, and standards.
This role is responsible for the Business Management System (BMS) and maintaining compliance with AS9100 and other relevant quality standards.

You will join a dedicated EHS team that includes an Environmental Leader, Environmental Engineer, LDAR Coordinator, Safety Specialist, and LDAR Technician.

Major Responsibilities:
* Responsible for inspection, maintenance and repair of plant wide production equipment.
* Experience with 480V 3 phase electrical power distribution systems.

Engineering Co-ops will be assigned to New Product Development engineering or Production Engineering working cooperatively with manufacturing to develop robust processes and tooling to support the company's growth in the industrial and aerospace investment casting markets.
Individuals identified as dimensional will focus primarily on dimensional control, the dies, fixtures, gages, and other tooling associated with the manufacture of investment castings.
