General Purpose
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This position ensures that all areas of the facility are free of obstacles, odors, and debris, contributing to the overall health and comfort of those in our care.
Essential Duties
* Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
* Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
* Wipe down handrails to keep them free of dust and debris.
* Remove dirt, dust, and food from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
* Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
* Follow safety protocols, including using caution signage and storing chemicals securely.

You will be responsible for effectively managing key dependencies, communicating issues, and allocating resources to the highest priorities.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration and communication with other product and technology partners.
Job responsibilities
* Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
* Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
* Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
* Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
* Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
* Partner with the quads to implement features by facilitating technical and non-technical discussions.
* Partner with QA teams on end-to-end testing, perform user acceptance testing and post production implementation validation.
* Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in tradeoffs between speed, scalability, quality and wider business readiness.
* Demonstrate and support dissemination of bets practices for product management, product development, release management and users support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
