As a Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative, you will be responsible for the distribution of workload and monitoring of workflow for members of their assigned area to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately.
Serves as a resource to supervisor and back up to senior technicians and team members.
Shift: Monday- Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM with the flexibility to work Saturdays when needed.
What you'll do:
* Ensure appropriate distribution of workload and workflow for assigned area including scheduling, shifting resources and back filling as needed.
* Serve as the first line resource for questions/issues from team and senior technicians, in coordination with supervisor; demonstrates leadership qualities.
* Effectively manages issues impacting performance and productivity of team members; including documenting issues, offering solutions, collaborating with others, communicating status and escalating as needed.
* Assist Supervisor in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that individual and team goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded.
* Assist in the development, documentation and updating of policies and procedures for staff, including specific training and validation material.
* Assist in training staff regarding procedures, including one on one training and/or to group sessions as needed.
* Provides guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior team members of the team.
Acts independently working under limited supervision.
* Ensure that all team members are cross trained to cover production functions.

What you need to do the job:
* Three to five year's relevant working experience; experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting is required.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* General PC knowledge: Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets via Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy
* General warehouse, inventory control, and Warehouse Management System experience a plus.
* Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.

How you'll make a difference:
* Be a coach to empower your patients to be at their best.
Focus on the overall well-being of your patients and work with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to ensure your patients' needs are met.
* Take full ownership of the patient experience.
Travel to patient homes and administer IV infusion medications autonomously, providing response management and follow-up care.
* Be the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status.
Armed with a tablet, you are the single point of contact to ensure all clinicians are in the know about your patient.
You'll be expected to document all interactions and communication with patients including assessments, treatments, responses, disease progression, etc.
* Challenge yourself to be a better nurse every day.

What you must have :
* Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
* High School Diploma or GED, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience; or
* 5+ years of relevant RN experience with an ASN degree; or
* 2+ years of relevant RN experience with a BSN degree
* 1+ years as a specialty RN in a critical care, acute, or home healthcare environment
* Strong IV insertion skills
* Valid driver's license
* Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
* Ability to work 2-3 weekdays each week (M-F, day shift), as well as the ability to do occasional evening or weekend patient visits as needed.
* Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits as determined by business need

A Transitional Care Unit (TCU) helps ease patients into dialysis.
The first weeks of dialysis involve a great deal of adjustment, along with increased risk of hospitalization and mortality.
As a TCU nurse, you will provide patients with a solid foundation to start their dialysis journey. The TCU nurse coordinates the care and education of patients to help them feel better and make more informed decisions about their care, including choice of treatment modality—in-center or at-home dialysis.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The professional registered nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 2 may be an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for new employees who meet the RN CAP 2 criteria or attained through advancement from RN CAP 1.
This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policy, procedures, standards of nursing practice, state and federal regulations.
* Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with another Registered Nurse.
* Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of dialysis data for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Supervisor or physician as needed.
* Assesses, collaborates and documents patient/family’s basic learning needs to provide initial and ongoing education to patients and family.
* Directs and provides, in collaboration with the patient, home care partner, direct and ancillary patient care staff, all aspects of the provision of safe and effective delivery of dialysis therapies to assigned patients.
* Administers medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithm(s), and documents appropriate medical justification and effectiveness.
* Initiates or assists with emergency response measures.
