Ton rôle
À titre de Conseiller·ère en implantation financière et opérationnelle, tu accompagnes nos clients dans la mise en place de nos solutions de gestion.
Ton objectif est de transformer leurs processus financiers, comptables et opérationnels afin de les rendre plus efficaces, sécurisés et alignés avec leur réalité quotidienne.
Tu interviens à toutes les étapes de l’implantation : analyse des besoins, configuration des systèmes, migration des données, formation des utilisateurs et suivi post-implantation.
Véritable personne-ressource, tu joues un rôle clé dans la réussite et la satisfaction de nos clients.
Tes responsabilités
* Piloter les projets d’implantation de nos solutions, de la phase de démarrage jusqu’à la mise en production.
* Analyser les processus financiers et opérationnels des cabinets afin d’identifier les besoins et les opportunités d’optimisation.
* Paramétrer et configurer les systèmes financiers et comptables (facturation, comptes, rapports, contrôles).
* Assurer la migration, la validation et l’intégrité des données.
* Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures pratiques adaptées au milieu juridique.
* Former les utilisateurs clés et soutenir l’adoption des solutions.
* Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (services professionnels, soutien, ventes et développement).
* Documenter les décisions, configurations et recommandations dans une optique d’amélioration continue.
Ton profil
* Diplôme en comptabilité, en gestion ou formation équivalente.
* Expérience en comptabilité, en implantation de systèmes ou en optimisation de processus.
* Solide compréhension des processus financiers et capacité à les traduire en solutions concrètes.
* Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de priorisation.
* Rigueur, proactivité et forte orientation solutions.
* Aisance relationnelle et capacité à accompagner une clientèle professionnelle.
* Intérêt marqué pour les technologies et l’amélioration des processus.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess data needs and design requirements for systems changes and enhancements.
- Develop and execute system testing plans and system change migration to production plans for compliance with system change control requirements.
- Perform trouble-shooting and programming analysis of systems issues.
- Develop system requirements of ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for the project, department, and position.
- Follow policies and procedures without deviation.
- Develop, design, and implement custom applications supporting enhancements and additional projects as required for meeting project deliverables.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, unit test, and maintain IBM COBOL programs
- Update documentation such as Functional Specification Packages (FSPs) or Program Requirements Packages (PRPs) and/or Visio diagrams, and/or spreadsheets as needed
- Track requirements and create/execute unit test cases
- Write, analyze, review and/or provide comments on documentation such as Unified Work Requests (UWR), UWR responses and Internal Revenue Manuals (IRM), Interface Control Documents (ICD) Computer
Operator Handbooks (COH)
- Rewrite programs, using workflow charts and diagrams, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, tax processing subject matter expertise, and symbolic logic.
- Perform or direct the revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
- Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes
- Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software
- Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program
- Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language
- Consult with and assist testers in the development, SAT and FIT environments
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four (4) years of related work experience can substitute for a degree
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience required
- Must possess an active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI)
- At least four (4) years of experience with IBM COBOL programming language
- Experience with DB2 and IBM DB2 utilities

About the Role
Altera Digital Health is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Senior Client Success Executive to lead the post-sales relationship for our TouchWorks EHR clients.
TouchWorks is a cornerstone of our ambulatory portfolio, serving some of the largest and most complex multi-specialty physician groups in the country.
As a Senior CSE, you are not just a point of contact; you are a clinical and operational consultant.
You will partner with large medical groups and health systems to ensure they are maximizing the efficiency of their clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and achieving financial stability through the TouchWorks platform.
Your goal is to move clients from "functional users" to "high-performing clinical organizations."
What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership
* Lead executive-level discussions to align TouchWorks capabilities with the client’s clinical and financial goals, such as reducing physician burnout and improving Value-Based Care metrics.
* Help clients optimize clinical workflows by leading strategic account reviews to ensure doctors and staff are spending less time on documentation and more time on patient care.
* Maintain high-level relationships with CMOs, CNIOs, and Practice Administrators, serving as their primary advocate within Altera.
* Proactively monitor account health and clinical adoption rates to identify potential risks to the partnership and lead turnaround strategies that ensure long-term loyalty.
* Work alongside Client Delivery Executives to ensure that system upgrades and new feature rollouts, like AI-driven documentation, are executed seamlessly and provide immediate value.
* Travel to client sites (approximately 25%—primarily California and Canada) to lead governance meetings, shadow clinical workflows, and conduct executive briefings.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* 7+ years in Senior Customer Success or Account Management, specifically within Ambulatory EHR or Healthcare IT would be an advantage.
* Deep understanding of the outpatient environment, including practice management, revenue cycle, and clinician "pain points."
* Proven track record of commanding a room of physicians and health system executives.
* The ability to look beyond technical tickets to see the "big picture" of how a clinical system affects a hospital's bottom line.
* Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background (RN, PA, etc.) or MHA/MBA is a significant plus.
* Ability to travel up to 25% to visit clinical sites and administrative offices.
