Vos missions :
* A partir du portefeuille d'activités de réparation :
* Diagnostiquer le type de panne et effectuer les tests selon les tolérances définies (essais électriques, ...) en choisissant les moyens les mieux adaptés afin d'assurer la remise en état ou la conformité du produit et/ou identifier le/les composants défaillants.
* Rédiger et enregistrer les résultats de diagnostic et réparation dans les bases de données techniques dédiées.
* Réaliser les rapports techniques, assurer la communication (LoB, Back offices et Front offices) des résultats, des causes de défaut et les échanges techniques.
* Assurer le suivi des dossiers de diagnostic lorsque nécessaire.
* Organiser les priorités en fonction de la disponibilité des moyens de tests communs, de la complexité des opérations à réaliser et de la charge de travail des différents techniciens.
* S'adapter aux évolutions techniques des produits
* Conseiller et partager les connaissances en interne et en externe
