In this role, you will primarily focus on Molex's Medical & Pharma division as well as work on opportunities in Molex's electronics divisions.
You will work closely with business and strategy teams to develop and manage an active target pipeline, analyze various opportunities, and execute transactions.
This role is based out of Molex's Chicago (IL) office.
There is also an expectation of work in Molex's corporate headquarters based in Lisle (IL) and the Medical & Pharma Solutions division headquarters in Hudson (WI) as appropriate given the importance of fostering relationships and collaborating with senior leaders across the company.
This role will require travel (estimated at 20% of time) to engage with target companies, industry conferences, and internal Molex teams.
The Director of Corporate Development is expected own the end-to-end M&A process from developing the pipeline funnel through deal completion.
