Nous recherchons un(e) Junior DIY Channel Coordinator qui aura pour mission d'accompagner l'équipe Global DIY Channel.
Au sein de l'équipe Global DIY Channel, vous évoluerez dans un environnement international au cœur des enjeux retail, en lien direct avec des acteurs majeurs du bricolage.
Le channel DIY (Do It Yourself) couvre un périmètre global avec une priorité forte sur l'Europe.

Cela passe par des enjeux concrets comme :
* la présence et le positionnement des produits en rayon,
* la clarté des visuels et du packaging,

* ou encore l'intégration d'outils digitaux (ex : QR codes).
Dans ce contexte, le channel DIY est structuré autour d'une communauté européenne d'environ 30 personnes (équipes marketing, customer experience et merchandising), animée via des échanges réguliers (monthly calls, onboarding des nouveaux pays, partage de bonnes pratiques).
L'objectif est de créer une expérience cohérente et reconnaissable quel que soit le pays - à l'image de standards internationaux tout en tenant compte des spécificités locales.
