Responsabilidades:
Inspeção Física: Realizar verificações visuais e físicas detalhadas nos painéis de controle, componentes, fiações e terminais, garantindo que tudo esteja de acordo com as especificações do projeto e normas de segurança.
Testes Funcionais: Executar testes nos módulos de entrada/saída, fontes de alimentação, e sistemas de comunicação para assegurar que os controladores (DCS e Triconex) respondam corretamente aos sinais de campo.

Contexte
L'usine Schneider Electric de Carros utilise des moyens de test pour PCBA ou produits (cartes électroniques) pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des produits.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au service Méthodes tests et vous serezencadré(e) par le Responsable Méthodes Test et un expert technique en développement mécanique pour les aspects conceptions et validations.
Objectifs du stage
* Étudier les systèmes mécaniques actuels des moyens de test.

* Concevoir des améliorations mécaniques réduisant l'intervention humaine.
