JOB SUMMARY: Provides assigned residents with routine personal care in accordance with care standards and as directed by supervisor.
Support residents in maintaining independence by observing and documenting self-administration of medications, ensuring compliance with prescribed regimens and safety protocols.

concerns to the nurse.

Carries out Assisted Living department duties on a regular basis, acting within the reasonable scope of practice for a Personal Care Attendant.
