Votre rôle :
Rattaché au responsable " Supply Chain ", au sein d'une unité industrielle chargée de concevoir, produire et commercialiser des appareillages moyenne tension pour la France et l'Export et doit faire appliquer les règles (procédures et moyens) dans un souci de respect des standards Qualité, Coût, Délai (QCD).
Vos missions :
* Gestion de l'équipe approvisionnement et coordination avec magasin et Production
* Gestion des nomenclatures prévisionnelles PDP
* Action d'optimisation des flux logistiques en coordination avec les équipes supports interne et externe à l'unité
* Représentant logistique auprès des fournisseurs
* Proposer et mettre en œuvre les actions permettant de réduire les stocks, les en cours et les cycles, en lien avec la Mise à disposition des composants (MADC) en imaginant de nouvelles formes d'approvisionnement.
* Diagnostiquer la performance de l'organisation des fournisseurs et être pilote de plan d'action Flux Amont quel que soit son degré de difficulté.
* Faire prendre en compte les prévisions Schneider par les fournisseurs, leur apporter conseils dans ce domaine et les faire évoluer.
* Participer à la définition ou à l'évolution du sourcing cible de l'unité en y apportant une expertise industrielle.
* Participe aux AIC hebdomadaire.
* Contribuer à l'analyse des flux entrants, à la définition de la cartographie magasin, à la définition des stratégies de stockage, à la construction des procédures d'alimentation en matière et constituants des lignes de production.
* Gestion des allocations et gestion des escalades CDI
* Participer à l'amélioration continue pour contribuer à l'amélioration des conditions de travail (ILO-OSH 2001), la préservation de l'environnement (ISO 14001), la satisfaction du client (ISO 9000) et la rentabilité du site (SPS).
* Participer et coopérer aux Animations Intervalle court (AIC) GIL quotidienne
* S'engager dans la démarche 5S
* Appliquer les règles du SPS

Rattaché au service Supply Chain et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Gestion Industrielle, le gestionnaire approvisionnement a pour finalité de maximiser le taux de service client (clients livrés à l'heures), d'optimiser les niveaux de stocks et ainsi améliorer la productivité tout en pilotant la relation avec les fournisseurs.
Vos missions :
* Traiter et passer les commandes d'appro (PO), suivre l'intégralité du portefeuille de commandes en cours.
* Vérifier l'impact des délais proposés et relancer les fournisseurs.
* Transmettre aux achats les erreurs de prix.
* Vérifier quotidiennement les attendus fournisseurs, les livraisons et traiter les manquants
* Traiter les erreurs, identifier les problèmes potentiels (manquants, décalage de date, urgence, ...)
* Négocier avec nos fournisseurs pour assurer la disponibilité des composants à date
* En cas de problème, alerter en veillant à rester factuel les parties prenantes : Project Manager, séquencement / planification, usine, ...
* Connaître et maintenir les indicateurs de performance.
* Faire une revue des paramètres de stock et d'appro, détecter les erreurs dans les données de base et adresser les corrections au gestionnaire données techniques (paramètres MRP : stock sécurité, lotissement ...)
* Proposer des alternatives pour réduire les stocks (réduction des stocks de sécurité, délais appros, tailles de lot, ...)
* Etre force de proposition et d'actions sur la gestion des flux

* Idéalement BAC+2 en gestion
* 3 ans minimum d'expérience professionnelle en secteur industriel
