Propósito del Rol (
Responsable de la búsqueda continua de negocios nuevos en una determinada zona geográfica así como el mantenimiento de la cartera actual que mantiene el territorio asigando con el objetivo de cumplir las metas mensuales establecidas tanto en volumen como en revenue.
Deberá asegurar que tanto los clientes nuevos como los clientes actuales de la cartera, reciban el nivel de servicio requerido por lo que la comunicación directa y activa con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa es parte de su responsabilidad.
Deberá cumplir con las visitas de campo mínimas establecidas para el Canal de Ventas.

• Prospección de clientes: es el responsable directo de utilizar diferentes técnicas de prospectación para lograr un pipeline robusto que garantice los cierres necesarios para el cumplimiento de las metas mensuales.
Esta labor debera ser parte de sus funciones semanale
• Planeamiento estratégico: Analisis de las fuentes de crecimiento para definir el mejor plan táctico que le permita sobrepasar sus metas de ventas mensuales
• Desarrollo de nuevos negocios: identificar los requerimientos de precio y de servicio por parte de los clientes potenciales del territorio para facilitar ganar y mantener negocio.
Además deberá garantizar la correcta transición de los nuevos clientes a nuestra red de transporte.
Deberá asegurarse que el cliente conoce las características básicas de nuestro servicio y deberá comunicar a las areás internas de nuestra organización el Customer Profile de los nuevos negocios para garantizar la fluides de la operación
• Cumplimiento de visitas diarias: deberá cumplir con el mínimo de visitas de campo diarias establecidas.
