The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC).
The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area.
Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Supervisor/Manager, Residential Services, the Specialist, Residential Care provides direct care-support services to clients in a residential facility.
Working closely with the Clinical Team, the Specialist, Residential Care will operationally support the facility, supervise the residents in the completion of their daily tasks, and support a positive therapeutic milieu.
The Specialist, Residential Care serves as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing information to the clinical team to facilitate development and execution of resident treatment plans.
