The Outlet Shift Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Outlet Supervisor in leading and assisting the Outlet Associates, overseeing Customer Service and appearance of the sales floor.
The Outlet Shift Supervisor will act as a Manager-on-Duty providing excellent customer service displaying an “Attitude of Gratitude” in order to support the mission of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Outlet Supervisor by maintaining the check-out counters, cash registers, and sales floor.
• Assist the Outlet Supervisor by creating associate work schedules, managing breaks, and supervising productivity.
• Assist in preparing/counting associate register drawers, count and up-keep of the Outlet’s bank, create deposits, and make out change orders.
• Assist in preparing reports, tracking/balancing drawers, determining accuracy of all transactions by associate.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for technical equipment such as cash register (point-of-sale system), credit card machines, and other various retail and office equipment.
• Supervise Outlet Associates by providing training, delegating tasks, encourage development, provide constructive feedback, handling disciplinary actions and other supervisory tasks.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty to include: opening/closing the Outlet, assisting customers, overseeing associates, and being able to make final decisions to ensure the continued operations of the Outlet.
• Provide coverage during breaks or absences by running the cash register and assisting customers.
• Provide safe, organized, and well stocked sales floor.
• Cross-train in other departments/areas and act as a back-up as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Pay starts at $20.29 per hour.

Position Summary
ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an experienced Welder & Fabricator.
The position will require GMAW and SMAW experience.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits.
Essential Functions
* Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to layout
* Set up components to be welded based on requirements
* Operate grinders, torches plasma cutters, shears and other welding related tools
* Be able to read a tape measure
* Weld components utilizing GMAW and SMAW processes
* Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
* Operate telescopic and regular forklifts (training provided)
* Operate overhead cranes (training provided)
Skills and Requirements
* Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles

What You Will Do
* Be the point of contact for all utility coordination on transmission level interconnection projects supporting various DEPCOM project execution teams by defining, tracking, and executing all interconnection related tasks by managing coordination between internal resources, outside consultants, and subcontract partners
* Responsible for reviewing interconnection documents including System Impact Studies, Facilities Studies, Interconnection Agreements, relevant Interconnection Handbook and applicable standards
* Support Subcontracts Managers by providing well-defined scopes of work and thorough vetting of any reference documents critical to understanding relevant scope, schedule and execution expectations
* Execution planning, creating interconnection activity schedules, work breakdown structures, division of responsibilities and written narratives for each assigned project
* Report on a weekly basis to the Project Team and the Project Owners with details on status, schedule, and risk items
* Manage and conduct physical, electrical and network High Voltage design reviews per contract deliverables and constructability by ensuring integration of Interconnection Facilities with site development plans, civil engineering, and electrical engineering
