Our Team
The Flexo Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flexographic printing machines.

Machine Operation and Setup:
* Accurately read and interpret hard cards, print cards, and utilize measurement tools including tape measures, micrometers, and caliper gauges.

Distributor Branch Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary Molex field contact for distribution branches within the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers, counter teams, inside/outside sales, and regional distribution leadership.
- Conduct regular branch reviews, training sessions, product line walkthroughs, and joint sales calls.
- Ensure local execution of national and corporate distributor agreements.
