Primary Function:
The Water Resources Stream Designer is responsible for designing stream restoration and stabilization projects that improve watershed health, restore natural hydrology, protect utilities, and support ecological balance.
You'll work closely with engineers, ecologists, and planners to develop sustainable solutions for urban stream systems across a variety of landscapes.
Under general mentorship and guidance, the role may also provide direction to junior engineers on various projects that focus on managing runoff, preventing flooding, and protecting water quality.
Primary Duties:
* Design stream restoration, stabilization, and enhancement projects using geomorphic and ecological principles.
* Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using software such as SWMM, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
* Prepare construction documents including plan sets, grading plans, erosion/sediment control plans, and technical specifications.
* Conduct site evaluations and assist in environmental impact assessments.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative watershed planning and stormwater management solutions.
* Assist in field inspections, data collection, and site assessments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Job Description:
This is a management position where the candidate should have documented development experience in communication systems that involve Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Content Management System (CMS) technologies.
This person will have an extensive background in managing a team focused on developing emails, SMS, and Push communications, pushing content live using the known SaaS technologies, as well as significant time working with engineers, designers, writers and HTML coders to implement said technologies.
