The Polysomnographic Technologist works under the general supervision of the clinical director (MD, DO, or PhD) or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.
This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education.
A Polysomnographic Technologist can perform the duties defined for a Polysomnographic Technician and may provide supervision of other staff.
Essential Functions:
Gather and Analyze Patient Information
* Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs (Physical/mental limitations, current emotional/physiological status regarding the testing procedure, pertinent medical/social history), and to determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.
* Complete and verify documentation.
* Explain pre-testing, testing, and post-testing procedures to the patient.
Testing Preparation Procedures
* Prepare and calibrate equipment required for testing to determine proper functioning and make adjustments if necessary.
* Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards.
* Perform appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and make adjustments if necessary.

* Perform Polysomnographic data acquisition while monitoring study-tracing quality to ensure signals are artifact-free and make adjustments, if necessary.
* Document routine observations including sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedure, and significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of polysomnographic results.

Nemours Radiology is seeking three additional Pediatric Radiologists to join our current overnight group as a 100% remote nighthawk, 1 week on and 2 weeks off model.
This position is 100% pediatric imaging, with no fluoroscopy responsibilities, and the provider will be paired with an additional radiologist overnight.
Emergency neuroradiology experience is preferred but not required.

Amsted Automotive - Piston Pin Facility is looking for a full time Lapper Operator to perform duties to set-up and operate twin-grip or grinding equipment.
This is a full-time position on our 1st shift.
Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment with exposure to several elements continuously present including heat, dirt, grease, oils, fluids and noise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Perform duties to successfully operate centerless grinders.
* Set-up and operate twin-grip, lap grinder and miscellaneous grinding equipment.
* Gain working knowledge of non-primary machine.
* Use SPC charts and interpret results.
* Properly gauge and monitor production to specific tolerances and quality.
* Use twin grip or lap grinder, on line and electronic gauging, material handling equipment and hand tools.
* Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork.
* Help train and assist operators as required.
* Perform necessary preventative maintenance on machines as required.
* Participate in team problem solving as part of the departmental continuous improvement process.
* Use various testing devices and chemicals according to appropriate guidelines and procedures.
* Perform material moving activities using equipment, including forklifts, according to appropriate guidelines and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion.
The Associate will be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
The Associate is responsible for overall cleanliness of sales floor and restrooms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for assigned duties.
* Ambassador of pricing according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (good, better, best), which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
* Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and organizing shelves and racks, picking items up off the floor, putting away product(s) from racks, carts, or baskets, as well as putting away returned or unwanted items.
* Ensure sales floor areas are properly merchandised to standard (categorized, colorized, sized), responsible for making decisions to flex product to improve customer shopping experience, and increase sales.
* Assisting production by communication targeted needs for the floor to manager on duty.
* Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers by adhering to the 10-foot rule (i.e., anytime you find yourself within 10-feet of a customer, you should smile, greet, make eye contact etc.) and answer product questions as needed.
