PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Responsible for assisting the territory with marketing, educating, promoting and selling Fresenius Vascular Care services to dialysis clinics, Medical Directors, nephrologists and other pertinent members of the medical community in an assigned territory. They work closely with the Territory Managers and Clinical Specialist. Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides sales and relationship support to an assigned FVC territory or territories working in conjunction with the FVC Territory Sales Manager / FVC Senior Territory Sales Manager / Clinical Specialist, or Regional Director of Sales identifying new accounts for Fresenius Vascular Care services to generate revenue.
Establish and maintains a close relationship with current user accounts/customers, and researches the local physician market to identify potential candidates/customers for FVC services making the necessary sales calls to these potential customers under the direction of the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to grow the number of patient procedures performed at the FVC ambulatory centers.
A Territory Manager or Senior Territory Manager should be assigned as a mentor during initial training.
* Maintains knowledge of the vascular care business and services programs provided by FVC as well as the competitors in the local market:
+ Understanding of current procedure referral volumes by clinic / nephrologist / physician (for diversified procedures) and assist with the execution of the Strategic Plan.
+ Identification of new potential customers/accounts in the territory, and work with the team to gain referrals.
+ Identifies customers' (both new and current) needs to present the competitive advantages of working with FVC to meet those needs.
+ Contacts the prospective clients/accounts via onsite visits utilizing sales techniques and presentations to inform them of the range of services provided by FVC.
Meet and review the strategic sales account plan with the Territory Manager on a continuous basis to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

SUMMARY:
The person in this position operates track switches, couples and uncouples cars, and performs other duties associated with the movement of trains, cars, and engines in rail yards and on the main railroad.
He or she receives, relays, or acts upon oral, written, or radio instructions from the dispatcher, yardmaster, or other personnel indicating the switch movement, placement, or delivery of railroad cars and/or a train.
The pay rate will be $30.63 per hour during training and raised to $34.04 per hour once training is complete.
If you commit to staying with us, we are offering a retention bonus in the amount of $3,000, after taxes.
The initial payment of $1,500 will be paid once you complete twelve (12) months of active service.
The next payment of $1,500 will be paid when you have completed eighteen (18) months of active employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct railcar and train movements; signal crew members for movement of the engine or train using lantern, hand, and/or flag signals or radio to indicate when to start, stop, back up, or set or release air brakes
* Observe, interpret, and relay arm, lantern or radio signals and all other indications affecting movement of a train
* Operate track switches (visually check switch condition and direction) to change the direction of the engine or cars within yard limits or on the main railroad; apply or release hand brakes to switch or perform other duties
* Read and understand the book of rules, timetables, bulletins, train orders, waybills, placards, safety instructions, and other written or printed material
* Prepare required daily reports and switch lists, either manually or with a computer; fill out forms, including train orders
* Inspect the condition of the train and equipment in movement and while stationary
* Couple air and electrical connections between locomotives when making up trains
* Assist with other projects and perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* Two years of work experience
* Railroad or other relevant industry experience is a plus
* Ability to work in a 24/7 work environment and in outdoor working conditions
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
* GED, high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
* Valid driver’s license
